Textured Press Shipping Policy
We’re committed to getting your order into your hands (and onto your scalp!) as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, when to expect your order, and what to do if something goes sideways.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text.
If there’s ever a delay on our end (backorders, high demand, etc.), we’ll let you know ASAP.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS and occasionally UPS for certain packages. Once your order is in their hands, we’ll provide you with tracking info so you can follow it every step of the way.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly and your package is returned to us, we’ll notify you. A reshipping fee will apply to send it again.
Textured Press is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Once your order is marked “Delivered” by USPS or UPS, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
That said, we know things can happen. If your package shows delivered but you can’t locate it, here’s what to do:

Wait 24–48 hours. Sometimes carriers scan early or leave it with neighbors.

Check with household members, neighbors, or your front desk/mailroom.

Visit or call your local post office — they can pull GPS delivery info.

Contact us at Orders@texturedpress.com — we’ll do our best to assist and guide you through filing a USPS claim.
Textured Press is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
International Orders
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Payment & Order Confirmation
All payments are processed securely. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email or text. Once your order ships, a second email will contain tracking information.
